Terms of Use for Noct Information Security, LLC Training Materials

Introduction

By accessing and utilizing our training materials, you ("the User") agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use"). If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use our materials.

Noct Information Security, LLC provides educational materials and resources. This service includes, but is not limited to, textual content, videos, diagrams, quizzes, and interactive exercises ("the Materials").

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Virginia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
